Summary of Priority:
There have been concerns regarding people cycling on the pavements around Whitnash. There have been safety issues where people have nearly been run down by cyclists.

Details of Action:
The local SNT intend to tackle this problem, first of all by advising anyone seen cycling on the pavement of the laws surrounding the offence, if this is deemed to have been unsuccessful then £30 Fixed Penalty Notices will be issued to repeat offenders for each offence. Schools have now been visited and children in particular advised. The Team are also giving on-street advice to people seen cycling on the pavement. This priority was reassessed at the last PACT meeting on the 9th of April and it was decided to retain it for reassessment at the next meeting.
