Andy took over responsibility for the Whitnash SNT in September 2007. He will be working with the team as well as retaining control over the Leamington South SNT from which he comes. Andy is currently an Acting Sergeant covering for Dave Kettle who is currently on Acting Inspector duties.

Inspector Clifton took over responsibility for the Leamington Sector Safer Neighbourhood Teams in February 2008. He will be doing this role as well as continuing his role as the reactive Inspector for South Warwickshire.

PC Farrell is an experienced officer who, before joining the Whitnash SNT, worked as an Acting Sergeant at Leamington Spa Police Station. He has previously worked as a Reactive officer in Warwick and as an SNT officer within the Leamington Spa South SNT area.

SC McMaster is a relatively new recruit to Warwickshire Police and will be working with the Whitnash and South Leamington SNTs as he gains experience of policing.

Mike joined Warwickshire Police in July 2004. His first posting was to the Lillington area of Leamington Spa where he was one of the first PCSOs to go and work in that area. In October 2004 he transferred to the Whitnash Town police team to work closely with the Council and members of the community. Since he came to Whitnash Mike has been awarded the Pride of Whitnash Award in December 2006 and the Outstanding Services to the Community Award in May 2007. He works closely with schools and community groups in the town and participates with the Positive About Young People scheme that is active during the summer holidays. Mikes other role within Warwickshire Police is that of the Health & Safety Representative for UNISON representing PCSOs in the south of Warwickshire.
