Rising Lane, Baddesley Clinton. Residents are parking on the pavement along Rising Lane and causing an obstruction to people wishing to use the path.
Prevention. PCSO's are to issue warnings to residents concerning their parking causing an obstruction. If the residents ignore the warnings and vehicles are seen parked again causing an obstruction the PC's on the team will issue a £30 fixed penalty ticket. Communication. Sgt.JOHAL will communicate at the PACT meeting how many warnings have been given and how many fixed penalty notices have been issued.
