NHW WK Incs in Wych Elm Dr, Grosvenor Rd, Llewellyn Rd, Charlotte St, East Gr, Tachbrook St, Lambourne Cres & Gainsborough Dr

Please be aware of the following incidents which have occurred in South Leamington over recent days.

Incident 173 of 13 February
At just after 2pm on 13 February a sixteen year old girl was at home, alone, in Wych Elm Drive, Leamington when she heard knocking at the front door. She did not answer the door as she has been told not to and she then heard the patio door being smashed.

An offender entered the house through the smashed door and stole a Wii games console before realising that the house was occupied and quickly meaking off.

Incident 291 of 16 February
Between 8am and 6.45pm on 16 February offenders forced open the rear door of a home in Grosvenor Road, Leamington and carried out an untidy search of bedrooms before making off with a laptop computer, a PS3, a car stereo, a quantity of cash and items of Asian gold jewellery.

Incident 34 of 16 February
At just after 5am on 16 February the resident of a home in Llewellyn Road, Leamington woke to find an offender in her bedroom. The offenders had entered the house through a kitchen window and left through the rear door with a flat screen television.

Incident 253 of 16 February
During the night of 15 into 16 February offenders entered a shared house in Charlotte Street, Leamington, possibly through a bedroom window and stole an IPod and a laptop computer.

Incident 179 of 17 February
During the night of 16 into 17 February offenders entered a home in East Grove through an unlocked front door and stole a handbag, a laptop computer and a charger along with other items.

Incident 125 of 18 February
During the night of 17 into 18 February offenders entered a home in Grosvenor Road through an insecure door and stole two laptop computers.

Incident 72 of 19 February
Between 4.30 and 6am on 19 February offenders entered a home in Tachbrook Street and stole some coats that were hanging up near to the door.

Incident 77 of 19 February
At some point before 8.30pm on 19 February offenders attempted to force open the front door of a home in Lambourne Crescent, Leamington. The offenders failed to get in but damaged the door so severely that it had to be forced open by Police.

Incident 206 of 19 February
At some point between 15 and 20 February offenders attempted to get into a home in Gainsborough Drive by jemmying open the front door. The offenders failed to get in and nothing was stolen.

Please remain alert, on the lookout for suspicious persons or activity around your own or neighbouring homes and please report anything of concern to Police on 101. Thankyou.
