NHW WK Burglaries at homes in Freemans Close, Beverley Road & The Fairways, Leamington

Please be aware of the following incidents which have occurred at homes in your area over recent days.

Incident 344 of 4 November
Between 5.20 and 6.30pm on 4 November offenders entered a home in Freemans Close, Leamington via a ground floor window whilst the resident of the house was asleep upstairs.

The offender went up the stairs, disturbed the resident and told her to get out of the room. It is believed that the offender was looking for cash and jewellery but nothing was stolen.

Incident 33 of 7 November
Between midnight and 7am on 7 November offenders entered a home in Beverley Road, Leamington via a rear door. Once inside the house the offenders carried out an untidy search before locking the lounge door and taking the key with them. Nothing is believed to have been stolen.

Incident 454 of 11 November
Between 9am and 10.45pm on 11 November offenders unscrewed the handle of a rear patio door at a home in The Fairways. Once inside, the offenders kicked open the internal doors which were all locked and carried out a search of the premises. The offenders made off with cash and items of jewellery.
