NHW WK incidents in Croft Close, Myton Road, West Street, Wedgenock Lane and Coventry Road, Warwick
Please be aware of the following incidents which have occurred at homes in Warwick over recent days:
Incident 143 of 7 May
Between 3 and 11.25am on 7 May offenders entered a home in Croft Close, Warwick through a ground floor window. Once inside, the offender located the keys to an Audi A4 vehcle and used them to steal the vehicle from outside.
Incident 301 of 7 May
Between 5 and 7.45pm on 7 May offenders entered the insecure rear garden of a home in Myton Road, Warwick and smashed a small pane of glass in a wooden framed window.
The offenders then entered the house and stole several items including a blue raincoat.
Incident 78 of 5 May
During the night of 4 into 5 May offenders cut the bolt and lock of a garage at a home in West Street, Warwick and entered the premises. Once inside, the offenders stole four mountain bikes.
Incident 170 of 10 May
Between 10.30am and 1.15pm on 10 May offenders used a large boulder from the rear garden of a home in Wedgenock Lane, Warwick to smash a conservatory window. The offenders then reached in and opened one of the larger windows to enter the house.
Once inside, the offenders carried out an untidy search of the house before making off with items of jewellery, a laptop computer, a video recorder and a games console.
Incident 30 of 12 May
At just after 1am on 12 May an offender attempted to walk through the insecure door of a home in Coventry Road, Warwick and and was caught by the owner of the house. Officers and a police dog attended the scene and the offender was arrested. It was later discovered that a neighbouring shed had also been entered.
