NHW WK Burglaries at homes in William Street, Albany Terrace, Rock Mill Lane & Warwick New Road, Leamington

Please be aware of the following burglaries which have occurred at homes in North Leamington over recent days.

Incident 292 of 6 September
Between 8.10am and 5.50pm on 6 September offenders used a brick from the rear garden of a home in William Street, Leamington to smash the glass in the rear patio door of the house. Once inside, the offenders carried out an untidy search of the premises before making off with a computer harddrive.

Incident 165 of 7 September
At 12.15pm on 7 September the resident of a home in Albany Terrace, Leamington reported that a male was acting suspiciously in their back garden.

Whilst the resident was on the phone to the police the offender threw and object through a window and attempted to get into the house but quickly made off when the resident gave chase. Police immediately attended the scene but there was no sign of the offender. The male is described as white, in his 20's with stubble and he was wearing sunglasses.

Incident 222 of 8 September
Between 11.30am and 12.15pm on 8 September offenders entered a home in Rock Mill Lane, Leamington via a first floor window above a porch.

The offenders smashed the window and climbed through in to the house. Once inside, the offenders stole various electrical goods and items of jewellery.

Incident 217 of 11 September
During the night of 10 into 11 September offenders entered a home in Warwick New Road through an unlocked rear door. The offenders entered the kitchen where they stole a purse and a key to a Range Rover vehicle.

The offenders used the key fob to open the vehicle and stole a sat nav from inside but the vehicle was behind gates and was left behind.
