We would like to make you aware of the following incidents which have occurred in the North Leamington area over recent days.

Between 31 May and 8 June offenders entered a garage at a home in Mill House Drive, Leamington and stole a Scott ladies pedal cycle.

Between 1 and 4am on 6 June offenders entered a home in Manor Road, Leamington via an insecure rear door and, once inside, stole a laptop computer and a bag containing work papers. A cycle was also stolen from the garden. The bag and papers were recovered from a nearby alley.

During the night of 7 into 8 June offenders attempted to enter a garage at home in The Old Stone Yard on Rugby Road, Lemaington by forcing the door lock. The offenders failed to get into the garage but at 11pm the resident of the house found a male lying on the ground between a car and the garage door. When challenged the male stated that he was hiding from someone and then ran off towards allottments. He is described as a white male aged 25 to 35 years and around 6ft 3in tall. he is also described as smelly.

At 3.40am on 8 June the resident of a home in Warwick New Road heard the family dog barking and investigated. he then found a door slightly ajar and discovered that a wallet, IPod and cigarettes have been stolen.

During the night of 8 into 9 June offenders entered a home in Wellington Road, Leamington via an insecure rear door and stole a handbag containing a purse, cash, cigarettes and tobacco from the kitchen

Finally, sometime yesterday, 9 June, offenders smashed a rear window at a home in Wellington Road, Leamington and stole a games console.
