NHW WK Incidents in Albany Terrace, York Road, Villiers Street, Lansdowne Circus & Binswood Avenue, Leamington

Please be aware of the following incidents which have occurred at homes in your area over recent days.

Incident 393 of 29 March
Between 11am and 4.40pm on 29 March offenders entered a home in Albany Terrace, Leamington by removing the beading from a downstairs rear window. A quantity of cash was stolen from a bedroom along with other items.

Incident 159 of 2 April
During the night of 1 into 2 April offenders forced open the front door of a home in York Road, Leamington and entered the house. Once inside, the offenders carried out an untidy search and stole items of jewellery, cash, a laptop computer and a smartphone.

Incident 36 of 3 April
During the night of 2 into 3 April offenders entered a home in Villiers Street, Leamington through an insecure patio door and stole a laptop computer.

Incident 43 of 4 April
During last night, 3 into 4 April, offenders smashed seven basement windows and doors at a home in Lansdowne Circus, Leamington. The offenders then stole a door key from a hook inside the house before making off.

Incident 46 of 4 April
Also last night offenders smashed a basement window at a neighbouring home in Lansdowne Circus and attempted to enter the house. The offender failed to get in and nothing was stolen.

Incident 18 of 3 April
At around 3.30am yesterday morning, 3 April, a witness reported that intruders were inside a disused building in Binswood Avenue, Leamington and he could hear banging and crashing noises from inside. Police attended the scene and arrested an offender.
