Team leaders
Ally has 15+ years of experience within Warwickshire Police, including Custody suites, Reactive Policing, Crime administration, Intelligence departments and Prisoner Processing Teams. Ally enjoys the challenge of neighbourhood policing and is looking to pass her experiences to the rest of the team.
Team members
Chloe has now rejoined the team following her maternity leave and is working part time with us. Chloe brings with her a wealth of experience she gained in the Metropolitan Police before transferring to Warwickshire.
Neil joined Warwickshire Police in 2004 and spent two years on the response shift at Bedworth prior to joining the Warwick Central Safer Neighbourhood Team. Before joining the Police Neil served in the Army, namely The Royal Corps of Signals, where he was attached to 250 Queens Own Gurkha Signals for five years, and saw operational service in both Bosnia and Sierra Leone, along with various other tours around the world. Neil is an instructor for Public Safety Cycling (the Police Cycling Standard) and is active in promoting the use of pedal cycles both as a recreational and policing tool. Neil takes responsibility for organising the policing of events in Warwick Town Centre, as well as standing in for the Sgt when she is on leave.
Craig joined Warwickshire Police in 2008. Craig previously spent 35 years in hairdressing 22 years of which were self employed running his own salon in Birmingham. There he was a member of the local shop traders association. Craig is married with 3 children and enjoys football, helping to run a local Warwickshire club and also referees for the U16 league. Craig expects that his life experiences through managing his own businesses and running football teams will assist in dealings with the local community.
Louise is the newest member of the team having joined the force in March 2009. Louise will be working the town centre. Having previously worked as a supervisor in a large sports centre and most recently at a large car manufacturers, Louise will be bringing her experiences and knowledge to the team.
Matt joined Warwickshire Police in 2005 and spent 3 years working reactive at Leamington, Matt transfered to Warwick SNT during the summer of 2008. Before joining the police Matt travelled Australasia
Sharon joined Warwickshire Police 6 and a half years ago, working as a Traffic Warden, and now as a PCSO. Sharon has worked at various different stations throughout the south of the county and will be using her vast experience within Warwick
Lauren has responsibility for the Shires Retail Park, Warwick gates and Myton road. Lauren likes to spend most of her time engaging with her community and is enjoyng her role within the team.
Emma is new to the team having been with us now for just under 2 months. Emma's background is in community care and working within schools, her experiences in which she hopes will enable her to tackle the challenges of her new role within the community. Emma is looking forward to engaging with her community within her beat area of Woodloes Park and Spinney Hill
Steph has been the manager of a community shop/cafe for seven years, and is now brings her experience to the team having responsibility for the Forbes and Chase Meadow estates
Paul joined Warwickshire Police in October 2000. He spent four years working on the reactive shift at Kenilworth before becoming the Community Beat Officer for Campion in Leamington Spa. He joined the Warwick Central Team in 2005 and is the longest serving member on this team. Paul comes from a mechanical engineering background having worked at Automotive Products for 15 years where he served his apprenticeship. He is a Warwick School for Boys "Old Boy" and his family have strong links with the school as both his mother and father were teachers there from the 1950's to the 1990's. Paul is a Full Class Radio Ham which has led him on adventures abroad and in 1990 was a Forward Point Radio Operator to no less than 3 North Pole expeditions based off the Northern Coast of the Former Soviet Union. Paul is responsible for most traffic matters within the team.
