I've been doing this job for four years now and thoroughly enjoy the challenge it presents. Day-time and night-time economies in Leamington, while both thriving, place very different demands on our resources and it's thanks to the excellent relations we have with our local partners that we can police the town so effectively. We work very closely with Warwickshire County Council and Warwick District Council as well as with Warwickshire Retail Crime Initiative, Pubwatch, the Chamber of Trade and CLARA (Central Leamington Residents Association) to address the wide range of issues and incidents reported to us. Our aim is to make Leamington Town Centre an even safer place for everyone to live, work or visit

Since Katie joined the force in April 2005, she has spent over 3 years working in Warwick and was seconded to the 'Beat Support Unit' covering Warwick District for just under 1 year. Katie has recently transferred from Leamington South SNT and looks forward to working closely with local organisations and community groups within the area to help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
I have been a Police Officer for 8 years, serving the first 2 years at Rugby, then just under 2 years on Response Teams at Leamington. I have been a part of the Town Centre Safer Neighbourhood Team for just over 4 years.
Sarah Louise has been a PCSO since October 2006 and spent just over 2 years as a member of the North Leamington SNT. She joined Leamington Town Centre SNT in December 2008. Previous to joining Warwickshire Police Sarah was a Horse Riding Instructor and Groom for 7 years in Herts. Sarah became a PCSO as she wanted to help find the solution to long-term issues within the community.
