Incident 309 of 1 February

Officers arrested a 43 year old man from Leamington Spa on suspicion of Section 20 assault at 5.50pm on Monday evening 1 February.

The man had been detained by a member of the public in McDonalds, on tThe Parade after an incident outside the restaurant.

A 52 year old man was taken to hospital by ambulance for treatment. Early indications are that his injuries are not serious but he will be fully assessed by hospital staff.
