There has been a recent incident where a block paving company who also clean drives with high pressure water equipment , called on a elderly resident to clean his drive, and then persuaded him to be taken to his bank to withdraw the money.
The company in question had no identification marks on their van , but neighbours of this gentleman described only two of the males , one waring a hat and the other having a beard, there were also two others,
