This action is to monitor the reports of nuisance cycling on the pavements of the warwick rd , and concentrating more on Talisman Square.
From the Community Forum , the action will require foot patrols through the town and Talisman Square, to stop and educate the offending cyclists, and if riding aggresively , to give appropriate fines.
