Flooding in the New Street Area caused by the run-off from agricultural land.
The flood forum have met several times since the last Community Forum meeting and have asked for £5000 funding from the Community Forum to match similar amounts from County Council, District Council and the Environment Agency to alleviate the problem. The main flooding issue is run-off from Agricultural Land which floods into the New Street Area. Councillor Mike Doody and Mr Reg Smith Neighbourhood watch coordinator form part of the flood forum.
