Warwick District is a large rural area with some vibrant and diverse towns including, Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington and Whitnash. The district also includes Coventry airport and parts of Warwick University. Major events at The Royal Agricultural Society show ground, Warwick Castle and other venues have an impact on the community and sometimes require county-wide resources.



Emergency response policing is provided from a number of key sites and many other specialist teams support the district tackling serious and organised crime and helping to make our roads safer. The Safer Neighbourhood teams are focussed on ‘Protecting our communities together’ and protecting communities right across our district.

I am pleased to say that there are many superb examples of partnership work right across our district, in particular the Community Forum meetings give our communities an opportunity to directly influence local priorities within their neighbourhoods.
