NHW SA Male offender chased by member of the public, and arrested by Police, following a robbery in High Street, Southam

We are pleased to let you know that good work by members of the public working with police has paid off again, leading to the arrest of a man in Southam on Tuesday March 20.

The arrest followed a robbery in High Street where a woman was attacked by an offender and had her purse stolen. The offender ran off pursued by a member of the public and dropped the purse. He was recognised by the shopkeeper and later arrested.

Aaron Billinsgley was charged with robbery and will appear before magistrates in Leamington on March 30.
