Stratford Town Trust

Stratford Retail Radio Scheme

Stratford Retail Radio Link is the ‘shop watch’ scheme in Stratford-upon-Avon. Retailers, Pubs, Restaurants and other businesses are in communication with the CCTV control room, the Police and each other on a daily basis. The aim of the scheme is to reduce theft and anti social behaviour in the town centre.

Warwickshire Retail Crime Initiative

WRCI is a Partnership arrangement to prevent and reduce crime and anti social behaviour in retail business premises in Warwickshire. The scheme is based on a proven Partnership approach, which has been active in Warwickshire since 2001. Since then shop lifting and fraud in shops has fallen by 23%.

Bardwatch

Bard Watch is Stratford-upon-Avon’s pub watch scheme. This initiative brings together licensed premises within the town, who are working in partnership with a common goal of looking after customers. Our aims are to: 1. Reduce alcohol related violence, disorder and antisocial behaviour in Stratford-upon-Avon 2. Eradicate the use and supply of drugs with licensed premises in Stratford-upon-Avon 3. Reduce the incidence of underage drinking
