Stratford Urabn Team executed a Drugs Warrant on the evening of Thursday 19th April and recovered thousands of pounds worth of drugs and cultivation equipment from a house in Mayfield Court. We found a large quantity of Ecstasy tablets as well as an assortment of other controlled drugs.

We also found hydroponic equipment and other drugs paraphernalia at the property as well as bags of herbal cannabis.

Two local males, aged 22 and 25, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled drug.

They were taken to Leamington police station where they were given cautions and released.

A 29 year old male was also arrested at the scene on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.

He remains in custody at Leamington police station where he is being questioned by Stratfords Pro Active Team.

This is an excellent example of acting on local information, team work to protect our communities.
