The weekend of 11/12 October 2007 saw the Annual Mop Fair come to Stratford Town. The Town Team supported by police specials patrolled the Mop Fair and over the two evenings officers confiscated approximately 150 cans and bottles of alcohol from drinkers. Four people were found in possession of cannabis and received warning for the illegal use of cannabis. One male was arrested for possession of a Stanley Knife and one male arrested for being drunk and disorderly, possession of a knife and possession of cannabis.
