Stratford Town Centre Community Priority, July 2010: To deal with alcohol dependents in Rother Market.
If they are acting in an anti social manner they will be given a direction to leave notice under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 which may exclude them from the locality for up to 48 hours. Positive action will be taken and arrests will be made if criminal offences are committed. Members of the general public are being urged to report all related incidents to the Police. Operation Lowgates is in force to deal with this issue.
