I joined West Midlands Police in 1997, and worked on the neighbourhood Policing team and the response teams within the Solihull areas. I also spent some time on a plain clothes vehicle team and trained in the use of covert surveillance. I transferred to Warwickshire Police in 2001 and worked on a uniformed response team based at Stratford. In 2003 I joined the SNT team at Stratford. In 2005 I was promoted and worked at Leamington spa in the role of custody Sergeant in the Custody Suite. In 2009 I came back to Stratford and worked as a reactive Police Sergeant. I have now taken the SNT sergeants role covering, Stratford, Wellesbourne and Southam areas. My teams are each covered by a beat manager, PCSO’s and Special Constables who address community issues. In my spare time I enjoy mountain walking which I have done in Snowdonia and Brecon Beacons.
