Mandy joined Warwickshire Police in 1993 and has worked for both Warwick and Stratford Districts. Mandy has experience in managing a community team. She has been Stratford Town Centre’s Sergeant since May 2009. She particularly enjoys multi agency and partnership work in helping to reduce harm and improve public trust and confidence in our services. Mandy helped implement the original PACT process in October 2006 and is involved with the present Forums. Mandy’s qualifications include a Degree in Education. Throughout her police career she has been seconded by the Home Office and worked as a Law Trainer at a national training school teaching Student Officers. She has also enjoyed working at Head Quarters. In her private life she is a member of a running club and enters many races throughout the year and has run for charity. She enjoys competing in duathlons and triathlons.

Leanne joined Warwickshire Police in 2001 after working in retail and joined the Stratford Safer Neighbourhood Team in February 2010. Leanne has worked Stratford district during her career so far, having a wealth of experience on reactive, CID, ANPR and working within the Protection of Vulnerable Persons remit. She is also specialised in interviewing Vulnerable and Intimidated Witnesses and is a liaison officer for sexual offences. She has already been involved in a drugs operation as part of the team. She looks forward to more community based work to taking a multi-agency approach to making her community a safer place to live. Leanne covers the Guild and Hathaway Ward and is supported by PCSO 6079 Katie Connor. In Leanne's private life, she enjoys keeping fit including running, going to the gym and she has also run for charity. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Stephen covers the Avenue & Newtown Ward. Stephen joined the police in 2007. He initially worked with the Leamington Town Centre SNT before being transferred to the Stratford Town Centre SNT, and arrived with experience of working with communities. He has been a Stratford Town Centre PCSO since January 2010 and has made many strong links with the community and is a familiar face in Stratford town. He supports PC 1672 Robert Davies and is very much involved with the neighbourhood watch scheme in Stratford Upon Avon. Stephen has spent a decade in the development-aid and voluntary sector. He joined from his home country of Zambia where he still has a vested interest in charity work

Katie covers the Mount Pleasant ward. Katie joined Warwickshire Police Service in 2006 after graduating from Exeter University with a Geography Degree. Katie has past experience of community work in Wellesbourne. She has been involved in policing operations concerning drug offences resulting in positive arrests. She has also worked with Trading Standards actively seeking out youths purchasing alcohol underage. Katie has also joined up with the Police Task Force to deal with anti-social behaviour caused by nuisance vehicles. Katie has also been heavily involved in a Distraction Burglary Initiative. She has been a Stratford Town Centre PC since June 2008 and has made many strong links with the community and is becoming a familiar face in Stratford town. She is supported by PCSO 6118 Sarah Bailey. In Katie's private life she enjoys skiing, pilates and generally keeping fit.

Trevor covers the Alveston area. Trevor joined Warwickshire Police in 1997 after 24 year in Pneumatic Engineering and also managed to find time to be a part time Fire Fighter in Shipston for 11 years. He helped run a local Shipston Youth Club for many years and later joined Warwickshire Police as a Special Constable for 11 years. Trevor has been a Stratford Town Centre officer since 2002. He is supported by PCSO 6112 Martin Mansell and PCSO 6243 Rob Elton. The ward is very transient in the summer months with Holiday Parks off Tiddington Road and Old Warwick Road. Trevor enjoys community work and has a multi agency approach in making his community a safe place to visit, live and work in. Trevor enjoys interacting with our young people on his ward and works closely with his community to solve local issues. Trevor has a special interest in Wildlife Law and is a trained Counter Terrorism Search Officer. In his private life he has several small animals that need looking after. He enjoys photography, DIY, running and riding his Harley Davidson.

Stuart covers the Stratford Upon Avon Town Centre. Stuart joined Warwickshire Police in 2002 after working in the Security and Retail Industry. Stuart has been a Stratford Town Centre officer since April 2005 and has made many strong links with the community and is a familiar face in Stratford town. In recent times you will see him riding a police mountain bike. He is supported by PCSOs 6075 Robbie Williams and Matt 6164 Hodgetts. Stuart has been involved with numerous Operational Orders identifying our Highest Harm Causers. He is very much involved with tackling anti-social behaviour and reducing harm in Stratford. He is busy being proactive and adopts a multi agency approach in working with our business partners to make Stratford Town centre a safe place to visit, live and work. In Stuart's private life he enjoys playing football at a respectable level, golf and running - enjoying competing in local runs. He also promotes general fitness and encourages his peers to keep fit. He successfully completed the London Marathon in 2008 and raised money for charity.

Paul covers the Stratford Upon Avon Town Centre area. Paul joined Warwickshire Police in 2001 after working as a Distribution Manager for a Haulage Company. Paul has been a Stratford Town Centre officer since August 2004 and has made many strong links with the community and is a familiar face in Stratford town. In recent times you will see him riding a police mountain bike. He is supported by PCSOs 6075 Robbie Williams and Matt 6164 Hodgetts. Paul has been involved with numerous Operational Orders identifying our Highest Harm Causers. He is very much involved with Fraud enquiries and tackling anti-social behaviour and reducing harm in Stratford. Paul is very much involved with the important “BardWatch” Scheme which is a business initiative for licensed premises to make Stratford Town centre a safe place to visit, live and work. In Paul's private life he enjoys playing football. At the age of 18 years of age he played professionally for West Bromwich Albion but had to retire due to an injury. He still enjoys sport to this day and enjoys the odd game of football, playing golf and visiting the gym. In May 2009 he conquered Ben Nevis and raised money for the Acorns Children’s Charity. Paul is a family man and devotes a lot of time to his daughter.

Robbie covers the Stratford Upon Avon Town Centre. Robbie joined Warwickshire Police in 2005 after gaining experience in different fields spanning from driving to computer work. He initially worked in the north of the county at Nuneaton Station before being transferred to the Stratford Town Centre SNT. Robbie has been a Stratford Town Centre PCSO since May 2005 and has made many strong links with the community and is a familiar face in Stratford town. In recent times you will see him riding a police mountain bike. He supports PCs 676 Stuart Mucklow and 1508 Paul Hammond. He is very much involved with managing the important Stratford Retail Radio Link Scheme which is a business initiative for premises to make Stratford Town centre a safe place to visit, live and work. He works with our National Intelligence Model in collating intelligence and maintains a healthy relationship with our many Retail Outlets. In Robbie's private life he enjoys sport, particularly playing football and music.

Rob covers the Avenue & Newtown areas. Rob joined Warwickshire Police in 2004. Prior to joining Warwickshire Police Rob was qualified as a publican through the British Institute of Inn Keeping, He was also an NVQ Assessor. He has a HND and National Diploma in Business Studies. He has also worked as a Prison Officer. Rob is a Stratford Town Centre PC and has made many strong links with the community and is a familiar face in Stratford Upon Avon. He is supported by PCSO 6163 Stephen Nyirongo. Rob has been heavily involved in the Community Forums, involving our communities discussing and prioritising their concerns. He continues to work with our business partners and public in reducing anti-social behaviour in protecting our communities. In Rob's private life he enjoys socialising, playing sports, rugby, squash and swimming. In the past he has reached county level at badminton and tennis. Rob was also involved with coaching both tennis and rugby to various age groups.

Matt covers the Stratford Upon Avon Town Centre. Matt joined Warwickshire Police Service in 2007. Prior to joining Warwickshire Police Matt worked as an Operations Assistant at Codemasters Software in Southam. Matt has been a PCSO since May 2007 and has made many strong links with the community and is a familiar face in Stratford Upon Avon. He supports PCs 676 Stuart Mucklow and 1508 Paul Hammond. Matt has been heavily involved with partnership work in successfully applying for two Dispersal Zone applications in Windsor Street Car Park and Rother Market much to our resident’s satisfaction. He is very much involved with managing the important “BardWatch” Scheme which is a business initiative for licensed premises to make Stratford Town centre a safe place to visit, live and work. In Matt's private life he enjoys socialising, playing sports, mainly rugby and has played for Warwickshire Police.

Sarah covers the Mount Pleasant Ward. Sarah joined Warwickshire Police in 2006. Prior to joining Warwickshire Police Sarah has worked a Technical Drawer and in the Security Industry, holding the SIA accreditation. Sarah has been a Stratford Town Centre PCSO since December 2006 and has made many strong links with the community and is a familiar face in Stratford Upon Avon. Sarah is heavily involved with our local young people and is presently in consultation with our business partners in trying to obtain funds for a youth shelter. She supports PC 1782 Katie Greenhalgh. In Sarah's private life she enjoys socialising and her family life is important to her.

Rob covers the Alveston Ward. Rob has been a Stratford Town Centre PCSO since May 2010. Prior to becoming a PCSO Rob worked in the printing industry for 25 years. He supports PC 247 Trevor Hall and is looking forward to working along side PCSO Martin Mansell and PC Trevor Hall. Rob is looking forward to working on his beat and getting to know his community. In Rob’s private life he enjoys running, martial arts and is a dedicated family man.

Martin joined Warwickshire as a PCSO in November 2006 and has worked in both Warwick and Shipston prior to joining the Stratford team in March 2009. Prior to becoming a PCSO Martin worked for the District Council CCTV team and so he has had a good grounding in crime prevention. Martin enjoys talking to members of the community and is looking forward to becoming a point of contact between the public and the police.
