Team leaders
Darren joined Warwickshire Police in January 2006 after serving 11 years with West Midlands Police. He is responsible for the Stratford rural area, the largest in the force. He has worked the inner city areas of Handsworth, Lozells, Tipton and West Bromwich. Darren has experience in Emergency Policing, Public disorder policing, Chemical biological and radiation incident management, drugs crime unit, CID robbery unit, and rural community policing. Darren has a BA (hons) in Town Planning and before joining the police spent time as a pilot with the Royal Air Force. He is also a qualified sailor.
Chris workd out of Wellesbourne as part of the Wellesbourne, Shipston and Southam Rural Policing team. He has worked for Warwickshire Police for 11 years, including 2 years as a Specical Constable in the Startford District. He has experience in Emergency Policing, Public Order, Evidence Gathering, Drugs Unit, Community Policing, acting Sergeant and is a tutor constable. Chris has a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies. Chris also carries out the extra role of Sgt Fretwell's deputy to assist the team and ensure efficiency of the team.

Russell has previously worked as a leisure assistant, a product samples co-ordinater in the major projects division of a builders merchant, a trainee electrician and a pension consultant for a large financial company. Russell has also spent time travelling around Australia and is an avid fan of Aston Villa Football Club.
Richard joined Warwickshire Police in the year 2000, experiencing emergency policing, rural community based policing, and public order. He is also a tutor constable. Richard has a BSc(hons) in Biology. Richard is seeking a challenge in his spare time.
Clair joined Warwickshire Police in 2002 and has experienced emergency policing in Alcester and Stratford. She has experience in child protection, community policing and public order. She is a qualified tutor constable and an A1 assessor. Clair has a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Science and Psychology. She enjoys playing hockey in her spare time, is an avid fan of extreme water sports and is a qualified life guard.
Hayley joined the team from an administrator background for three years. Hayley studied at Brighton University a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Sociology. Hayley quoted "I am looking forward to getting out onto my beat and working with my community. I enjoy getting to know new people and can not wait to get involved with community issues."
Andrew comes from a customer focused background working within the retail environment. "I have found the past 12 months very rewarding, with some fantastic results and am very much looking forward to the challenges of the next 12 months."
