Incident 91 of 29 December 2009

On Monday 28 December 2009 at around 10am a Rover 27 estate and a black BMW 320D edition were in collision in Stratford upon Avon near the Stratford garden centre at the junction of the A3400 Shipston Road and B4632 Campden Road.

Just before the collision occurred, both vehicles were travelling along the Campden Road and had passed the garden centre on their left.

Whilst the two male drivers were exchanging details it is alleged that there was a verbal altercation between the two female passengers during which one of them was pushed and fell to the floor.
