I joined Warwickshire Police in 1992, I have been in front line uniform policing since then and as a Sergeant since 2003. I'm currently Neighbourhood Policing Sergeant for Alcester North SNT, Alcester South SNT and Shipston SNT. I am married and have two grown up sons.

Dave joined the Alcester North SNT in January 2010 having worked previously for three years as part of the Alcester South Team. His beat covers the Henley area with his main responsibilities being for Tanworth in Arden, Earlswood and Ullenhall.

Since joining Warwickshire Police I have been primarily based in Henley in Arden which is part of the Alcester North Safer Neighbourhood Team. My beat covers Henley, Wootton Wawen, Claverdon, Bearley, Tanworth, Earlswood and Ullenhall.

I joined Warwickshire Police in 2002. I have worked previously as a Reactive Officer at both Stratford and Alcester before joining the Alcester North Safer Neighbourhood Team. In 2011 I became the Alcester North Safer Neighbourhood Team Beat Manager covering Henley in Arden, Wootton Wawen, Claverdon, Bearley, Tanworth in Arden, Earlswood, Ullenhall, Studley, Sambourne and Mappleborough Green.

I joined Warwickshire Police in 2006. I am part of the Alcester North Safer Neighbourhood Team, primarily based in Studley, however I also cover the areas of Sambourne, Coughton & Mappleborough Green.

I joined Warwickshire Police in early 2010 and have been working with both the Reactive and Safer Neighbourhood Teams in Alcester and Stratford. I especially enjoy meeting people and helping them with their problems. I am currently share my time as a Special Constable between studying for my degree at University. My hobbies and interests include sports such as rugby, and all outdoor pursuits. I hold many qualifications in outdoor instruction including sailing, windsurfing and mountain biking.

Dave Watts comes from Wales originally and was educated and married there. He has lived in many parts of the UK as the companies he worked for relocated him on a regular basis but has been living in the Stratford area for over 20 years. Dave joined Warwickshire Police as a Special in 2007 and has worked for both the Reactive and SNT teams during that time. He has been a Special Sergeant for two years and is currently responsible for the Alcester Specials' team. He ran the Stratford section beforehand and has a good knowledge of the community issues across the district.

I joined Warwickshire Police at the end of 2010 and have worked with both Alcester and Stratford Safer Neighbourhood Teams. I really enjoy helping people in the local community and want to do as much as I can to help the public and resolve any issues and concerns they have. I live in the area and, for my regular job, work as the Parts Supervisor at a dealership for a major car manufacturer. In my spare time I enjoy organising and attending Mini shows and events as I am a Mini enthusiast.

I joined Warwickshire Police in 2009 to help people in the area where I grew up. I enjoy working with other Specials and the SNT team in Alcester and the surrounding areas. I gained a degree in Criminology in 2006. I enjoy watching most sports and play football for my local team.

Hello, I'm Tom and I have recently joined Warwickshire Police as a PCSO. I work primarily in the Studley area, whilst also covering the Sambourne, Mappleborough Green and Coughton areas. Before becoming a PCSO I worked as a security officer on a number of prestigious sites.

I joined Warwickshire Police at the start of 2010 and since then have worked with the Alcester Safer Neighbourhood Teams and the South Warwickshire Response Teams. I enjoy working as a special as it gives me a chance to help people in the local community. I am married and live in Redditch and in my regular job I work for an events management company. In my spare time I enjoy reading, movies and attending car related events.
