Concerns raised regarding the junction of Mayswood Road/A3400 Wootton Wawen. Warwickshire County Council have agreed to look at the junction layout while the Safer Neighbourhood Team will conduct 4 targeted patrols regarding obstructions and 4 speed checks on Mayswood Road.
03/08/2011 - 4 targeted observation checks conducted for obstructions to date, no issues to report. 1 speed check conducted to date with 60 vehicles passing through. 1 vehicle contravening the speed limit with a speed recorded at 47 mph, warning letter issued.
24/08/2011 - 14 targeted observation checks conducted for obstructions to date, no issues to report. 3 speed checks conducted to date with 187 vehicles passing through. 1 vehicle contraveining the speed limit with a speed recorded at 47 mph, warning letter issued.
09/09/2011 - 21 observation checks conducted for obstructions to date, no issues to report. 4 speed checks conducted to date with 246 vehicles passing through. 2 vehicles contraveining the speed limit with the top speed recorded at 47 mph, warning letter issued.
03/10/2011 - 23 observation checks conducted for obstructions to date, no issues to report. 6 speed checks conducted to date, 15 vehicles contraveining the speed limit. All dealt with by way of roadside caution or warning letters, top speed recorded at 47 mph.
06/10/2011 - Agreed completion at the Community Forum and priority signed off.
