Theft
Between 1600hrs. 28.12.07 and 1100hrs. 31.12.07, a JCB telehandler loadall, yellow in colour, was stolen from farm premises on Staple Hill, Wellesbourne. The vehicle was taken across fields exiting on to the Moreton Morrell road. (incident number 191/31.12.07.)

Criminal Damage
At approx. 2000hrs. 31.12.07, a small pane of glass in a ground floor window of a property in Market Square, Kineton, was broken by unknown offenders. (incident number 476/31.12.07.)

At approx. 0445hrs. 01.01.08, a pane of glass measuring some 3' x 3' in a double glazed unit was broken by unknown means on a ground floor property in St.Peters Road, Wellesbourne. (incident number 712/01.01.08.)
At approx. 1850hrs. 08.01.08, a Chrysler motor vehicle was damaged to the rear nearside door by a stone being thrown by a youth in a white top. The vehicle was being driven along the B4086 near to the junction with the B4087. (incident number 467/08.01.08.)

Burglary other
Between an unknown date in early December, 2007 and 1630hrs. 06.01.08, entry was gained to a garden shed situated in the rear garden of premises in Lincoln Close, Wellesbourne. Two custom built mountain bikes were removed from the building. (incident number 399/06.01.08.)
At approx. 2100hrs. 10.01.08, retail premises on the outskirts of the village of Warmington were entered by forcing a metal side door to the building. A number of power tools, including chainsaws and hedge trimmers were removed from a display area; bolt croppers being used to cut through the securing bolts of the tools. Three/four unknown offenders were seen to make off across fields towards the B4100, presumably to a waiting vehicle. (incident number 570/10.01.08.)

Autocrime
At approx. 0030hrs. 07.01.08, a resident of Kimble Close, Knightcote, heard a car alarm sounding outside of their premises and on looking out of the window, witnessed their MG motor vehicle being driven off the driveway and out of the Close. The vehicle then turned right towards the general direction of Fenny Compton. No description is available of the offender other than being a male. (incident number 07/07.01.08.)

SPEEDING identified as an issue, particularly for Leam, Road, Lighthorne Heath, accross Wellesbourne, and Banbury Street, Kineton
Actions to be taken: Enforcement checks to be carried out. Partners to work together ref advice and long term solution. Ongoing work by both Traffic Police and local Team in this area. Partnership work has been conducted with Warwickshire County Council with regards to enforcement.

UPDATED: ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR (ASB)
Anti-social behaviour identified as an issue for the village of Lighthorne Heath.
Actions to be taken: Area to receive increased High Visibility Patrols, residents encouraged to report incidents, partner agencies to be used with regards to enforcement/prevention High Visibility patrols are being conducted in Lighthorne Heath. The Village is receiving Mobile Police Station visits Daily, operated by atleast one member of the Safer-Neighbourhoods Team

UPDATED: ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR (ASB)
Anti-social Behaviour Identified as an issue, particularly for the villages for the Kineton locality
Actions to be taken: High Visibility Patrols to be Conducted, Operation Shenley to focus on issue, Partners to work together using previously tested successful means to help alleviate the problem Operation Shenley Co-ordinating directed Patrols within the area with positive affect. Work ongoing by local Safer Neighbourhood Team
