Darren joined Warwickshire Police in January 2006 after serving 11 years with West Midlands Police. He is responsible for the Stratford rural area, the largest in the force. He has worked the inner city areas of Handsworth, Lozells, Tipton and West Bromwich. Darren has experience in Emergency Policing, Public disorder policing, Chemical biological and radiation incident management, drugs crime unit, CID robbery unit, and rural community policing. Darren has a BA (hons) in Town planning and before joining the Police Spent time as a Pilot with the Royal Air Force. He is also a qualified sailor.

Chris works out of Wellesbourne covering Kineton and surrounding villages. He has worked for Warwickshire Police for 10 years, including 2 years as a special constable in the Stratford district. He has experience in Emergency policing, Public order, Evidence gathering, Drugs unit, Community policing and is a tutor constable. Chris has a Higher national diploma in business studies. Prior to Warwickshire Police Chris was a retail manager. Chris is studying for his sergeants exam. Chris likes bikes and enjoys riding in Yorkshire where his family originate.

Dean has lived in Warwickshire all his life. Prior to joining Warwickshire Police he worked at an Auction House. Dean enjoys cricket, golf, Military history and art/antiques. Dean says "I am looking forward to interacting with the community and to the challenges ahead".

Michelle says 'I am really looking forward to meeting the communities I will be dealing with and making a positive difference to their lives' Michelle has lived in Coventry for nearly 8 years after moving to the area from Aldershot. She previously worked as a mobile sales executive.

Henri completed his A -levels last summer in Psycology, Business Studies, French and German. He is also an instructor at rugby sea cadets; a role which he performs in his spare time. Henri is keen to make a difference to the people of Wellesbourne and surrounding villages.

Tim recently joined the team after an army career, finishing as an RSM. He has seen action in Sierra Leone and Iraq. Tim started his career in Warwickshire Police working on the Shipston Safer Neighbourhood team. Tim shoots for the force and came to Wellesbourne for the sea air.
