RW RU Incidents at farm premises in Wibtoft and in Brockhurst Lane, Monks Kirby
Please be aware of the following incidents which have occurred at premises in your area over recent days.
Incidents 124 of 10 January & 153 of 12 January
At around 11am on 10 January three offenders smashed through a side door at a farm house in Wibtoft, Lutterworth. The offenders were disturbed by a neighbour and made off in a green car.
At just after 1.30pm on 12 January, two male offenders, dressed in black and wearing balaclavas entered the same farmhouse via an insecure door.
Both males were disturbed as they were coming down the stairs when the resident of the farmhouse returned home.
The offenders asked the resident about the whereabouts of a Rhino's head, and were told that it had been stolen in a burglary the previous day. The offenders then asked about the location of the safe and left the premises when they were told that there was no safe on the premises. The offenders left in a grey vehicle which was later found to be burnt out.
Incident 217 of 15 January
Between 4pm on 13 and 4pm on 15 January offenders entered a secure premises at a construction site in Brockhurst Lane, Monks Kirby and stole a cement mixer.
