NHW RU Burglarys in Rugby Road, Binley Woods and Holly Drive, Ryton INC 334 of 6 February
Rugby police would like to make you aware that sometime during the morning or early afternoon of yesterday (6 February) burglars targetted homes on Rugby Road, Binley Woods and Holly Drive, Ryton.
In Rugby Road, the offenders used the rear vehicle access and smashed the patio doors with a brick before making off with a 52in plasma TV, an IPod and a laptop computer.
In Holly Drive, a white van parked on the drive of the house and the offenders kicked in the front door. A laptop computer and 2 32in plasma TV's were stolen.
If you saw or heard anything suspicious in either of these areas yesterday morning that you believe may be connected to these incidents please contact Rugby police. Please also remain vigilent as daytime burglarys, particularly at homes containing plasma TV's are on the increase. Report anything out of the ordinary to police immediately..
