PC Henri Duffield-Smith is now Beat Manager for Rugby Town West covering: Overslade, Caldecott, Bilton, New Bilton and Cawston.

Inspector Paul Judson is one of the Inspectors based at Rugby. He has responsibility for Neighbourhood Policing Across the Borough and management of the Safer Neighbourhood Teams. Paul joined Warwickshire Police in 1985 and has worked the majority of his service within the borough in various uniformed and CID roles.

Craig joined Warwickshire Police 6 years ago as a full time Police Community Support Officer. Craig previously worked on the Newbold and Town Centre areas of Rugby to which he achieved a very successful start to his career helping local residents. In March 2012 Craig moved onto Rugby Town West as the PCSO for the New Bilton area he quickly established local connections within the community. Craig will now be covering the Overslade and Caldecott areas of the West team.

Ilona joined Warwickshire Police in January 2013 having previously been a PCSO with another force since 2003. Ilona is covering the New Bilton area of Rugby Town West Safer Neighbourhood Team and will be involved in helping to solve local issues, working closely with local community groups and partner agencies.

I have been in Rugby Safer Neighbourhoods since 2007 and now work in Rugby Town West SNT covering Overslade. I work shifts usually starting my day at Rugby Police Station before heading out for a shift of: foot patrols or cycle patrols, community engagement, offering crime prevention and reduction advice, welfare checks and making local enquiries. I like to cycle around my area when I can as I can cover my whole area so quickly on my Police mountain bike.

Clark joined the Safer Neighbourhood Team in May 2011 and is working within the Bilton area. Clark joined the Special Constabulary to work along side the Warwickshire Police and to help them in delivering a successful service to the local community and ultimately make a difference within the Bilton neighbourhood.

Jane joined Warwickshire Police in April 2007 as a PCSO since then she has been part of the Rugby town West Safer Neighbourhood Team. Jane is mainly responsible for the Admirals area. Jane is the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer. Prior to this Jane worked for Leicestershire Social Services in the Mental Health Dept for 5 years

Mark is attached to the Rugby Town West Safer Neighbourhood Team within Warwickshire Police, being primarily based in the New Bilton area. In his spare time Mark is a keen snowboarder and likes to meet new people. It is with his excellent communicational skills, which Mark uses in every day management, that he hopes to integrate himself into the New Bilton community, acting as a Police Officer which people feel they can approach for help, both with trust and confidence.
