Male charged following an assault
Police arrested 19 year old Saul Linton from Rugby on Thursday 12 April 2012 on suspicion of assaulting a female in Bilton Road, Rugby near The Big Fish at around 8.10pm on Wednesday evening 11 April.
Following questioning he was charged later the same day with two common assaults. He was also charged with obstructing the Police.
Linton appeared before Nuneaton Magistrates Court on Friday 13 April 2012 where he was further remanded into custody by the Magistrates on court bail.
He is next scheduled to appear before Nuneaton Magistrates on 20 April 2012.
