Team leaders
Haydn Farrow joined Warwickshire Police in March 1994 where he spent several years at Rugby Police Station as a reactive Officer. At Rugby he was a immediate response driver responding to urgent calls from the public. He was also a tutor constable tutoring several student Officers. In February 2002 he transfered to Leamington Spa Police Station and in August 2002 he moved to Police Head Quarters to start a new role as a Police trainer. Here he delivered a variety of training to student officers, Police Officers and Police Community Support Officers. In 2005 Haydn was promoted to Sergeant and returned to Rugby to commence his new role as a community Sergeant responsible for delivering Community Policing. He is now responsible for Rugby Town West Safer Neighbourhood Team.Haydn also acts as one of the forces PSU Tactical Advisors.
Team members
Jane joined Warwickshire Police in April 2007 as a PCSO since then she has been part of the Rugby town West safer neighbourhood team. Jane is mainly responsible for the Admirals/Cawston area. Prior to this Jane worked for Leicestershire Social Services in the Mental health dept for 5 years
I joined Warwickshire Police in 2003 as a Police Community Support Officer based at Coleshill Police Station in the North of the County. After 1 and a half years i joined as a Police Officer. After my training I joined the reactive Officers at Rugby Police Station. In May 2008 I joined Rugby Town West as a Safer Neighbourhood Officer looking after the New Bilton area.
Philip works full time as a Banker but can also work from home he will be working most Tuesdays on the SNT.
Matthew a Civil servant is used to working shifts with the occassional nights and LONG weekends he will be working alongside SC Karla Wentworth every Tuesday and is keen to work on SNT.
Wayne joined Warwickshire Police in 2002 and has worked on various reactive shifts at Rugby. He is a family liason Officer and an Officer Safety training instructor for the force. Wayne joined the Rugby Town West team in 2007 and predominantly covers the Cawston area.
PC Mobbs joined Warwickshire Constabulary in Sept 2003 he has been at Rugby for 5 years as part of the Reactive team. He has now transferred to the West Safer-neighbourhood team and will be responsible for the Rokeby, Kingsway and Cauldecott Ward tackling local concerns such as Anti-Social behaviour which PC Mobbs will aim to bring in a zero tolerance approach. He is looking forward to working closely with local agencies and within the local community especially shop keepers resolving local issues in the areas affected by anti-social behaviour.
Karla is joining the safer neighbourhood West team.Working as a Advertising Production Manager full - time in Birmingham, Karla is keen to work as part of the team and will be working every Tuesdays with SO Philip BATES.
Rachel a Royal Mail Post lady will be assigned to work with the West team on occassions and is keen to work closely with SNT.
Jim joined Warwickshire Police in 2005 and after his initial training period he worked on a reactive 24hr response shift at Rugby. In September 2007 he moved onto the Rugb y Town west Team and now predominantly covers the Overslade area.
PC Jenny Gee has been a serving Police Officer for 5 years and is the Community beat officer for Admirals and the Bilton area. PC Gee has recently come back after being on maternity leave and is keen to build relationships in the areas and work closely with other supporting partner agencies.
Emma started he career with Warwickshire Police as a Special Constable. This mainly involved working along side the uniformed reactive officers and dealing with anti-social behaviour. In January 2007 Emma became a PCSO covering hot spot areas for anti-social behaviour and did this for 10 months. 6 months ago Emma became a valued member of the Rugby Town West Team and now predominantly covers the Caldecott area of Rugby.
Harry has been with Warwickshire Police as a PCSO for 4 years. He started his career patrolling the Overslade area as part of the South Team. Harry then moved on to patrol the Benn area of Rugby for 6 months. Since the launch of Safer neighbourhoods Harry has been part of the Rugby Town West Team and has been instrumental in the increase in neighbourhood watch schemes in the Rugby area.
Fran has been a PCSO for 3 1/2 years. When she started she was part of the South team covering the Overslade, Bilton, New Bilton and Rokeby areas. Since the launch of Safer neighbourhoods Fran has been part of the Rugby Town West Team and now predominantly covers the New Bilton area.
