Team leaders
Inspector Paul Judson is one of the Inspectors based at Rugby. He has responsibility for Neighbourhood Policing Across the Borough and management of the Safer Neighbourhood Teams. Paul joined Warwickshire Police in 1985 and has worked the majority of his service within the borough in various uniformed and CID roles.
Team members
Samantha joined Warwickshire Police in 1985 as a Police Cadet, moving on to the regular service in 1986. She has mainly worked in the Rugby area, and has carried out roles in reactive work, community policing, dog section, and Custody Sergeant before joining the Rugby Town North Team.
Dave is a PCSO based at Rugby Station. He covers the Benn area of Rugby. Dave has been a PCSO since July 2008. He enjoys being out and about in all weathers meeting the community.
Barbara covers Brownsover beat. Barbara has been a PCSO since January 2007. She is assigned to the Brownsover beat where she works closely with her community. She regularly attends the local Neighbourhood Watch meeting and provides them with advice and information. She also works within the schools in the area to educate and mix with the children to provide better relationships with the police from an early age, this is as well as her normal duties which include patrolling the area and providing reassurance within the community.
PSCO Kamila Baszczak joined the team of Rugby Town North in March 2013. Kamila will cover the Benn area. Previously for 5 yeras has been working as a support worker for people with learing disability. Really looking forward to working closely with the local community.
Joined Warwickshire Police in 2002 and has worked in various roles, including responce officer, part of force wide proactive traffic team, a plain clothed proactive unit and has worked on safer neighbourhood teams within Rugby
PCSO Samantha Edmunds will cover the Newbold area. Before Sam was a PCSO she worked for Waitrose for 6 years and was also in Warwickshire Police Special Constabulary for 11 months working from Southam. Sam is looking forward to engaging with the local community.
PCSO Joanne Jackson covers the Newbold area. She joined Warwickshire Police after working as a Rugby First Ranger so already has a good working knowledge of the overall area.
