Inspector Paul Judson is one of the Sector Inspectors based at Rugby and has geographical responsibility for the Rugby North, East and Town teams. Inspector Judson has previously worked at Nuneaton, Bedworth and in the North Warwickshire district. The majority of his service though has been spent on the Rugby District both in uniform and as a CID officer after having joined the organisation in 1984.

Kate is experienced at partnership working and looks forward to working with all agencies and community groups in making Rugby Town East a safer place to live and work.

Kate has recently joined the team having worked as a reactive officer on Warwick District for the past three years. She is looking forward to engaging with the local community and working with partner agencies to effectively address local issues.

Dennis has recently transferred from the Metropolitan Police and has joined Warwickshire Police in Rugby. He has been an officer for 20 years and brings with him a wealth of experience.

Patricia is a retired Health Professional and former Special Constable. She has volunteered to assist Warwickshire Police as she is aware of the benefits that Community Volunteers can offer in supporting the local Safer Neighbourhood Team, and those who live and work in the local community.

Charlie has been a PCSO on the Town East team since September 2006, and is currently on maternity leave. Her main responsibility is for the Hillmorton area. She enjoys working closely with the community and providing a high visibility presence within the area.

Martin has been a PCSO on the Town East Team since June 2007, having previously served in the British Army. He enjoys working within the community and providing a visible presence for local people.
