Inspector Paul Judson is one of the Inspectors based at Rugby. He has responsibility for Neighbourhood Policing Across the Borough and management of the Safer Neighbourhood Teams. Paul joined Warwickshire Police in 1985 and has worked the majority of his service within the borough in various uniformed and CID roles.

Stuart has been with the team since April 2012, prior to that he worked in Nuneaton and Bedworth in various roles including incident response and safer neighbourhoods team. As well as Rugby Rural South Stuart is responsible for Rugby Rural Central, Rugby Town West and Rugby Town Centre.

Helena has previously worked on the Town Centre team and transferred to the Rural South team in March 2011. She is currently developing a network of contacts and is looking forward to working with all sections of the community.

Katie joined Warwickshire Police in 2006. Katie joined as a full time Police Community Support Officer working in the Rural South. Area. After a period of maternity leave Katie returned to Warwickshire Police as a part time member of staff covering the Caldecott area, which includes Hillside and Rokeby. Katie is now the PCSO for the Dunchurch and Knighlow area in the Rural South of Rugby. Katie enjoys interacting with the community, meeting new people and feeling she can make a difference to people that live, work and visit the Borough of Rugby.
