Team leaders
Acting Sergeant Nik Walpole joined West Midlands Police in August 1994 after 8 years in the Royal Navy. After two and a half years at Little Park Street in the city centre he moved to the specialist Operational Support Unit, where he undertook specialist searching, public order and sporting event policing. After 3 years he returned to Coventry and became a neighbourhood officer for the New Deal for Communities in the Wood End / Henley Green area of NE Coventry. After 6 years in that post he undertook the role of Acting Sergeant within the area, the neighbouring Stoke area and also on the response team at Stoney Stanton Road. He transferred to Warwickshire Police in June 2009, where he has been a reactive officer for the rugby area. He took over from Sergeant Faulkner on 9th November.
Inspector Dale Pritchard is one of the Sector Inspectors based at Rugby and has geographical responsibility for the Rugby Rural area. Inspector Pritchard has previously worked at Nuneaton & Bedworth and the North Warwickshire District but the majority of his service has been spent on the Rugby District.

Catherine has been a member of the Rugby Rural North team since December 2009. Catherine covers the Fosse Ward.
PC Salt has been the local officer now for over 1 year. PC Salt has been with Warwickshire Police for 3 years and has worked on both the reactive and Safer Neighbourhoods Teams during this period of time. He is responsible for the Northern Rural area of Rugby.
I have been covering the Avon/Swift and Wolvey Ward since March 2007. If you haven't meet me so far, please take the time to say hello and introduce yourself to me if you see me out and about on patrol.
