Rugby Borough Council welcomes new Community Safety Wardens
The Community Safety Warden (CSW) scheme was set up by RBC to assist the police tackle anti social behaviour amongst young people and to help in identifying the causes of such behaviour.
The CSW's are a separate entity to Warwickshire Police and PCSO's however very often work together to tackle problems with anti social behaviour.
The council CSW's work 3pm until 11pm and can be contacted on 0800 096 8800.

Rural Football Fun
On the evening of Monday 3rd March 2008, Rugby Rural SNT along with colleagues from other departments within Warwickshire Police played football against the youths from Wolston whose ages range between 13 and 19 years old.
The match was played at Rugby School's sports pitch and was thoroughly enjoyed by all those involved.

Police off roaders on patrol!
Riders who wish to practice their sport are reminded that they are not permitted to use private land without express written permission from the landowner. This applies to Brandon Woods, Piles Coppice and the surrounding areas.
Those using the area illegally risk seizure of their vehicles.
