Arrest in Long Lawford after disturbance
Rugby Rural SNT's are looking to increase patrols in Long Lawford after an increase in reports of youth problems in the area.

Zero tolerance for vehicle nuisance
The youths had been seen to ride their vehicles on the road for which they had no licence, insurance, MOT or tax.
For these offences the youths will be dealt with and were taken back to their parents without their vehicles.
Those who wish to ride off road are reminded that they require written permission from the landowner.
Those who wish to ride on the road are reminded that they require a road legal vehicle, a licence to use that vehicle, insurance, tax and an MOT.

Warwickshire Police join the Ryton Evergreens to talk safety!
PC Ian King is a community safety officer based at Rugby Police Station with nearly 30 years service. He gave out security advuce relating to rogue traders and distraction burglaries and ways for residents to better protect themselves against criminals.
PCSO Eleanor Batty attended and gave out information regarding the Rugby Rural Central SNT which looks after Ryton.
The talk went extremely well and further security advice can be pbtained from Rugby Police Station on 01788 54111.

Partners work together in order to reduce off road vehicle nuisance in Piles Coppice
This gate comes in response to vehicles using the slip road as an area to off load off road vehicles that are then used in the woods. Other problems that should reduce include the dumping of stolen vehicles within the woods and fly tipping.
The gates restricts the access to the site but allows pedestrians through.
Ryton Youth Club Draws A Crowd!
Ryton on Dunsmore Youth Club opened its doors yesterday (1st July 2008) to a crowd of children eager to see what it had on offer.
Representatives from the local school, Ryton Parish Council and Warwickshire Police joined local volunteers to ensure everyone had a great evening.

Children between the ages of 8 and 17 years old flocked to take part on activites such as badge making, basketball, table tennis and giant connect 4!
Ryton Youth Club will be held in the Church Rooms every Tuesday evening. Consent forms are required to be filled out and can be collected from the club.
