Ongoing developments with restrictions on Brandon Lane
Ongoing developments with restrictions on Brandon Lane Developments and improvements to security are still ongoing on Brandon Lane and the surrounding area in order to restrict access to off road motorbikes and other vehicles that have been gained and used in crime.

Recent developments include a motorway style barrier accross the slip road leading to Piles Coppice off the A46 Eastern Bypass and a kissing gate on Brandon Lane opposite the Wildlife Trust.

Both gates have proved to be successful in retricting access to vehicles to the site.
The area is designed for walkers and not for the use of vehicles. The owners of the land in and around Brandon Lane and the A46; including Piles Coppice, the Fruit Farm and Brandon Woods do not give permission for people to ride their vehicles in this area.

Those doing so risk their vehicles being confiscated.
