NHW NB Incidents in Bedworth, Longford, Keresley & Ash Green
Please be aware of the following incidents which have occurred at homes in your area over recent days.
Incident 7 of 9 September
At just before 1am on 9 September offenders attempted to force open the kitchen window of a home in Sephton Drivbe, Longford. The residents of the house heard the noise andthe offenders ran off when they were disturbed. The three male offenders were arrested nearby.
Incident 92 of 8 September
Between midnight and 8.45am on 8 September offenders entered a home in Burgbages Lane, Longford through a kitchen window and stole the keys to a Renault vehicle. The keys were then used to steal the vehicle from outside.
Incident 93 of 8 September
During the night of 7 into 8 September offenders entered the insecure porch of another home in Burbages Lane and thre clothing around. The offenders made no attempt to enter the house from the porch.
Incident 136 of 11 September
During the night of 10 into 11 September offenders kicked in a panel in the rear conservatory door of a home under renovation in Chapel Street, Bedworth. The offenders failed to get in to the premises but also attempted to steal lead from the roof of the house.
Incident 32 of 12 September
Between 1 and 5am on 12 September offenders entered a home in Columbia Gardens, Bedworth and stole the keys to a 54 plate Vauxhall Corsa. The offenders then stole the vehicle from the driveway after smashing the window of another vehicle parked there.
Incident 203 of 9 September
Between midnight and 2.20pm on 9 September offenders attempted to get into a home in Sinclair Drive, Longford by forcing open a small wooden framed ground floor window. The offender managed to get into the house but nothing is believed to have been stolen. The three male offenders were tracked by Police Dogs and were arrested nearby.
Incident 371 of 10 September
Between 4 and 5am on 10 September offenders entered a home in Synkere Close, Keresley End, through an insecure front door and stole bank cards, a passport, a watch and the keys to a Mercedes vehicle. The vehicle was then stolen from outside.
Incident 127 of 16 September
During the night of 15 into 16 September offenders cut the padlock off the gates to the compound of a new building site by the library in Bennetts Road, Keresley End and entered the site. Once inside, the offenders forced open the bonnets of two excavators and a forklift truck and stole the leads and batteries from each.
Incident 327 of 16 September
|Between 14 and 16 September offenders stole 6 metres of copper lightning conductor from St Giles Church, Church lane, Ash Green.
