Please be aware of the following incidents which have occurred at homes in your area over recent days.
Incident 60 of 2 March
During the night of 1 into 2 March offenders forced open the patio door of a home in Brookdale Road, Nuneaton and entered the house to steal a television and several other items.
Incident 400 of 29 February
At 10.30pm on 29 February the resident of a home in Salcombe Close, Nuneaton was turning off the lights and preparing for bed when he was confronted by a male offenders in the house. The male stated 'You don't want to get hurt do you?' and the resident then spotted a second male in the house. Both males were wearing baseball caps.
The resident armed himself with a chair and the offenders smashed a patio window to make their escape. It was then discovered that they had stolen a quantity of cash and a gold ring.
Incident 151 of 29 February
At 12.30pm on 29 February a male offender forced open the rear gate of a home in Farriers Way, Nuneaton and then entered the garden. The offender broke into a shed and then forced open the bottom panel of the rear door of the house.
This activity was witnessed by a neighbour who contacted Police and the offenders was arrested as he came out through the bottom of the door.
Incident 55 of 10 March
During the night of 9 into 10 March offenders broke into a home in Eastfield Road, Nuneaton via the patio doors. Once inside the house the offenders carried out an untidy search of bedroom and kitchen drawers, stole two laptop computers and made off.
Incident 343 of 9 March
At some point on 9 March offenders attempted to enter a home in Bladon Close, Nuneaton by smashing the rear patio doors. The offenders failed to get in and nothing was stolen.
