Please can we make you aware of the following incidents which have occurred in Bedworth over recent days.

At 10.50pm on the evening of 31 July the female resident of a home in Cardigan Road, Bedworth was upstairs with young children when she heard someone trying the handle of a rear door.

She looked out of the window and saw several people, wearing balaclavas, outside. The offenders had broken into the garden shed and made an attempt to get into the house before making off. Three male offenders were then arrested nearby.

At some oint between 30 July and 3 August offenders attempted to get into a home in Nuneaton Road, Bulkington by forcing open a door with a screwdriver type implement. The attempt failed and nothing was stolen.
