Since joining Warwickshire Police in 2000, Sergeant Speedings has been a committed police officer, with the majority of his career spent serving as a reactive officer responding to emergency calls. Since 2006, Paul has been working closely with partner agencies to improve the quality of life of the local residents in the area, trying to resolve issues not only in the short term but putting in place long term problem-solving measures to benefit the community as a whole, both present and future.

Nina joined the Metropolitan Police in 1987 and worked there as a reactive officer specialising in domestic violence for four years. She has been an officer at Coleshill Police Station since 1995 working mostly as a Community Beat Officer spending two years as the local beat officer for Arley, the Curdworth Middleton and Wishaw areas. Nina is the newest member of the Nuneaton West SNT and will be working alongside PCSOs Hannah Woodhams and Liz Udall covering Barpool and Kingswood areas.

Hannah Woodhams joined Warwickshire Police as a Police Community Support Officer in November 2008. Prior to joining the team, Hannah has had several years of experience in public faced roles including the hospitality industry and care work both in a hospital environment and privately in the home. Hannah also has a basic knowledge of British Sign Language. She is enjoying working with the community in the Barpool area.

I have started as a PCSO and I am new to the role. I have been working in Kingswood area for about four weeks now and look forward to get to know people in the community. I am excited about my role and enjoy communicating with public and other agencies.

PCSO Owens joined Warwickshire Police in July 2009. Before this she was Community Safety Warden for three years. PCSO Owens also worked in 'care in the community' with Adults with Learning Difficulties.This has given her knowledge of working within the community and being able to communicate well with people.
