Sergeant Paul Kemp joined Warwickshire Police in 1991 and served the communities of Nuneaton, Bedworth and Atherstone as a Community Beat Officer followed by leading a Reactive Team in Atherstone and Bedworth. Sergeant Kemp went on to introduce the Violent Crime Action Team in 2006 and later returned to Bedworth to join SNT to develop the ethos of “Building Safer Neighbourhoods Together”. He now joins the Nuneaton South Team bringing with him his vast experience and commitment to working alongside partner agencies and local communities.

I joined Warwickshire Police in 1990 as a Special Constable, based at Nuneaton for 3yrs. I became a Civilian Communications Assistant in the Force Control Room, based at Nuneaton and HQ for 13yrs. I joined Warwickshire as a regular Police Officer in February 2005. Initially at Bedworth Police Station as a reactive officer, I moved to Atherstone Police Station in 2007, as a Safer Neighbourhoods Officer. From July 2012 I will be the Beat Manager covering Nuneaton South.

Marjory has worked for Warwickshire Police since July 2008 and has specific responsibilities for Arbury Ward as part of the Nuneaton South Team. Marjory's previous occupation was in Social work, primarily working with the elderly and mental health service user's which she did for 14 years. This has given her a great insight into working as part of a multi disciplinary team and has given her knowledge of working with and managing people.

PCSO Angie Gavin has been in the role as a PCSO for a year now. For the first 5 months she worked in the Whitestone Ward and since Christmas, has been responsible for covering the Wembrook South (Hilltop/Caldwell) area, as part of the Nuneaton South Team.

Sue Laing has now taken over the Attleborough Ward from February 2012. Sue has worked as a PCSO in Nuneaton for over 7 years, mainly covering the Hilltop area of Nuneaton South. Her vast knowledge and experience has been of great support to the Nuneaton South Team.
