Since 2006, Paul has been working closely with partner agencies to improve the quality of life of the local residents in the area, trying to resolve issues not only in the short term but putting in place long term problem-solving measures to benefit the community as a whole, both present and future.
Since joining Warwickshire Police in 2001, Amarjit has worked in a number of roles, as a reactive officer both at constable and sergeants rank, also as a committed member of the safer neighbourhood team for many years. Having completed the qualifications to become a sergeant, Amarjit will be drawing upon his experiences in each of these roles to serve the local community to the best of his ability, focusing on putting measures in place to resolve ongoing issues within the community.
