Since joining Warwickshire Police in 2000, Sergeant Speedings has been a committed police officer, with the majority of his career spent serving as a reactive officer responding to emergency calls. Since 2006, Paul has been working closely with partner agencies to improve the quality of life of the local residents in the area, trying to resolve issues not only in the short term but putting in place long term problem-solving measures to benefit the community as a whole, both present and future.

Since joining Warwickshire Police in 2001, Amarjit has worked in a number of roles, as a reactive officer both at constable and sergeants rank, also as a committed member of the safer neighbourhood team for many years. Having completed the qualifications to become a sergeant, Amarjit will be drawing upon his experiences in each of these roles to serve the local community to the best of his ability, focusing on putting measures in place to resolve ongoing issues within the community.

I have worked for Warwickshire Police for four years the first two and a half years on the Central beat before leaving to work as a migrant support officer working from Warwick covering the whole county working with new and emerging communities. I returned to the team in January and will be as visible and accessible as possible in a effort to provide information and re-assurance to the community.

Adam has been with Warwickshire Police for 3 yeras. Orignally working on the Camp Hill beat, he moved on to the Central team where he has become well known in the area. Adam has been involved in dealing with anti social issues on the area being involved in the issuing of acceptable behaviour contracts to youths in the area.
