Sergeant Speddings has been a Police Officer with Warwickshire Police for 9 years, for most of which he spent as a reactive officer responding to emergency calls. He joined the Central Safer Neighbourhoods Team in October 2006 and went on to become the team leader in March 2007.

PCSO Martin has worked with the Central Safer Neighbourhoods Team since March 2007.

PCSO Samra has worked with the Central safer Neighbourhoods Team since November 2006.

PC Atwal has worked for Warwickshire Police for 7 years. For the last 4 years, PC Atwal has worked within community focused teams and for 3 of those he has had specific responsibilities for Abbey and Wembrook North. Over the 3 years he has built up great knowledge of the area and has become well known within the community.

PCSO Pettitt has worked as a PCSO for nearly four years and until recently, covered the Weddington area. Since September 2008 she has been based at Manor Park School and has specific responsibilities for the school and the surrounding area. Her main roles within the school are dealing with issues such as truancy, attendance, behaviour problems and bullying. She is also involved with assemblies and PSHE lessons on subjects such as knife crime, drugs, smoking, road safety and alcohol use.
