On Tuesday March 16, 2010, Coleshill based Police Community Support Officers, PCSO 6129 Caroline McMurchie and PCSO 6117 Jane Owen attended Water Orton Beavers Scout Colony, and gave a talk to the very lively group! The PCSOs spoke to the children about personal safety, road safety and the Green Cross Code, bike safety and keeping safe near water.

They also spoke to the children about the role of PCSOs, police officers and the other agencies that help Warwickshire Police tackle crime and disorder in the area. The session was finished with lots of questions and answers and all of the children were given road safety activity booklets and other goodies to take home with them.
