PS Fildes joined Warwickshire Police in 1987 and served the first 4 years at Nuneaton before moving to reactive duties at Atherstone in 1991. On promotion to Sgt in 2000, Roger was posted to Bedworth as a reactive Sgt before moving back to Atherstone in 2001. Now responsible for all 4 SNTs in North Warwickshire, Roger is committed to promoting partnership working to deal with locally identified issues.

Vicki joined Warwickshire Police in 2006 and started her career working as a response officer for Nuneaton and Bedworth. Since May 2010, she has worked on the neighbourhood teams in the areas of Nuneaton and Rugby. She is now looking forward to getting to know the areas of Coleshill West and the people within the communities that live there, so please feel free to stop her if you see her to discuss any concerns you have or just say a quick hello!

I have been a Special Constable since 1982 and enjoyed that time at Coleshill and hope to continue to do so in my current role as Specials Chief Inspector whilst juggling a busy work and family life.

Pete Beale joined Warwickshire Police as a PCSO in January 2005 and during that time has covered most areas within the Coleshill district. Pete has been a very dedicated member of the Police and has established himself within the community that he serves to the extent that he has become a recognisable friendly face within North Warwickshire. Pete Beale had previously left the Highways Agency working as a Traffic Officer and before then worked within West Midlands Police for 10 years at the Force Traffic Unit. During his service with Warwickshire Police he has received numerous awards including two commendations, two Neighbourhood Watch awards and more recently represented Warwickshire Police at the national Jane's Police Review Awards in London. Pete is responsible for the Kingsbury, Hurley, Wood End and Piccadilly beats. He has also recently taken over looking after the Lea Marston, Marston, Nether Whitacre, Whitacre Heath, Bodymoor Heath and Hams Hall areas. Pete works alongside PCSO Gavin SCOTT and PC Nina BOWDEN.

Caroline covers the Water Orton and Curdworth beats and is also responsible for Bassetts Pole, Middleton and Wishaw along with PC 616 Nina Bowden. Caroline joined Warwickshire Police with a background in Administration, Sales and Customer Services and has been able to implement the skills she gained from those roles into this one. Caroline enjoys being a visible and approachable presence in the community, meeting new people and working within schools and with the local youths.

Gavin joined Warwickshire Police in March 2007 and is responsible for the Kingsbury, Hurley, Wood End and Piccadilly beats. He has also recently taken over looking after the Lea Marston, Marston, Nether Whitacre, Whitacre Heath, Bodymoor Heath and Hams Hall areas. Gavin works alongside PCSO Pete BEALE and PC Nina BOWDEN. Gavin previously worked as a customer service supervisor and chose the PCSO role as he enjoys working with a variety of people.

Kim joined Warwickshire Police in 2004 and initially worked at Atherstone Police Station as a reactive officer. Kim joined the North Warwickshire West Safer Neighbourhoods Team in November 2012 and is looking forward to working alongside her new colleagues and effectively problem solving on her new patch.
