Sergeant 0198 Shaun Albrighton

Shaun joined Warwickshire Police in 1982. He served his first thirteen years in Nuneaton prior to promotion. Shaun has worked in North Warwickshire area since 1994 and has been based at both Coleshill and Atherstone stations in roles incorporating Shift Sergeant, Station Sergeant and most recently as (July 2009) Safer Neighbourhoods Sergeant for both West and North teams.

Police Community Support Officer 6129 Caroline McMurchie

Caroline covers the Water Orton and Curdworth beats and is also responsible for Bassetts Pole, Middleton, Wishaw, Nether Whitacre, Whitacre Heath, Lea Marston and Hams Hall along with PC 616 Nina Bowden. Caroline joined Warwickshire Police with a background in Administration, Sales and Customer Services and has been able to implement the skills she gained from those roles into this one. Caroline enjoys being a visible and approachable presence in the community, meeting new people and working within schools and with the local youths.

Police Constable 887 Louise Baxter

Louise has always wanted to be a Police Officer and joined at 18yrs old in October 2000. She has had various roles as a reactive officer at Nuneaton and Coleshill, a traffic officer on the Automatic Number Plate Recognition Team and has been a Safer Neighbourhoods Police Officer since November 2006. She is responsible for the Kingsbury, Wood End, Piccadilly and Hurley areas. Her main aim at the moment is to get the community talking to her and working together. She has recently set up a Police Surgery in Kingsbury and would like to start more in the smaller villages.

Police Community Support Officer 6162 Gavin Scott

Gavin joined Warwickshire Police in March 2007 and is responsible for the Kingsbury, Wood End and Hurley areas. Gavin previously worked as a customer service supervisor and chose the PCSO role as he enjoys working with a variety of people.

Police Community Support Officer 6167 Tim Staten

Tim joined Warwickshire Police in April 2007 and after his initial training became part of the North Warwickshire South Safer Neighbourhoods Team. Before joining Warwickshire Police, Tim attended the University of Wolverhampton, where he gained his BA (Hons) History degree in 2002, and after leaving university Tim worked for Wolverhampton City Council's Archive and Local Studies department, until he gave up his desk to pound the beat in Curdworth & Nether Whitacre.

Police Community Support Officer 6067 Peter Beale

Pete Beale joined Warwickshire Police as a PCSO in January 2005 and during that time has covered most areas within the Coleshill district. Pete has been a very dedicated member of the Police and has established himself within the community that he serves to the extent that he has become a recognisable friendly face within North Warwickshire. Pete Beale had previously left the Highways Agency working as a Traffic Officer and before then worked within West Midlands Police for 10 years at the Force Traffic Unit. During his service with Warwickshire Police he has received numerous awards including two commendations, two Neighbourhood Watch awards and more recently represented Warwickshire Police at the national Jane's Police Review Awards in London.

Police Constable 616 Nina Bowden

Nina joined the Metropolitan Police in 1987 and worked there as a reactive officer specialising in domestic violence for four years. She has been an officer at Coleshill Police Station since 1995 working mostly as a Community Beat Officer spending two years as the local beat officer for Arley, and now covering the Curdworth Middleton and Wishaw areas.
