NHW NW Burglaries at homes in Shustoke and Meriden Road, Fillongley
Please be aware of the following incidents which have occurred at homes in your area over recent days.
Incident 361 of 11 November
Between 2 and 8pm on 11 November offenders forced open a ground floor window at a home i Shustoke and then entered the house.
Once inside, the offenders carried out an untidy search of the premises before making off with a laptop computer, a watch and three bottles of champagne.
Incident 259 of 13 November
On 7 November offenders broke into a vacant property in Meriden Road, Fillongley via a kitchen window. Nothing appears to have been stolen.
If you have information that you believe may be connected to either of these burglaries please contact police on 101 (non emergency number) quoting the incident number given. Thankyou.
Please note that there are number of males who are visiting homes around the county allegedly selling "Dusters". This group are from Nottingham and all have previous convictions for burglary, They are not teenagers and most are in their 30's and they are believed to be responsible for at least two burglaries in Warwickshire.
There are also two vehicles, connected to these suspects, that are of interest to police. A Silver Hyundai Trajet BL 52NXC and a Black Vauxhall Zafira FE56TFX.
